N&A Residential was founded by Nam following more than 10 years of experience in the property industry, including his time at Foxtons, where he progressed into an Operations Director role.

Over the years, Nam developed extensive knowledge of the property industry, built strong professional relationships and, importantly, developed his own portfolio of rental properties.

Managing his own properties gave him first hand experience of the challenges property owners face, from sourcing opportunities and letting properties to management, maintenance and the wider network of professionals needed to keep everything running smoothly.

This experience became the foundation for N&A Residential.

Today, N&A brings together property expertise, professional relationships and practical experience to support clients across sales, lettings, property management and relocation.

Our aim is simple: to give property owners access to the experience, people and support they need, without having to manage every part of the property journey themselves.

We believe property owners should not have to navigate every part of the property journey alone.

From finding the right opportunity and letting a property to managing it, maintaining it and supporting the people involved, we take an end to end approach designed to make property ownership simpler.
